JGilsonandCo LLC makes and sells handcrafted soaps, body-care products, and related personal-care products. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, individual products may exhibit minor variations in color, scent, texture, appearance, size, and weight.

Product Complaints and Adverse Reactions
If you experience an unexpected reaction or other safety concern associated with one of our products, discontinue use and contact us promptly with the product name, order information, and a description of the issue.
Where appropriate, JGilsonandCo LLC may request additional information necessary to investigate a product complaint, including the product's batch or identifying information.
For cosmetic products subject to applicable federal requirements, serious adverse events may have mandatory reporting obligations under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA).
